Branch Live is a service operated by Shane Kilmore, a sole proprietorship based in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “Branch Live” refer to Shane Kilmore trading as Branch Live.
We collect information you provide directly: name, phone number, email address, and business details when you sign up for our services.
We use your information to provide and improve our AI receptionist services, communicate with you about your account, and send relevant updates.
Branch Live sends SMS text messages only to its own account holders — the business owners who subscribe to our service — and only where that account holder has given prior express consent, as described below. We do not text your customers.
Only the person who holds the Branch Live account. If you are a customer of a business that uses Branch Live, we will not text you; anything you receive about your appointment comes from that business directly, not from us.
You provide your mobile number in your account settings and tick “Text me about new leads”. That box is never pre-checked, consent is never a condition of subscribing, and there is no automatic opt-in. Leaving it unticked means we never text you. You will only receive lead alerts — a notification when our AI receptionist takes a call for your business, with the caller's name, number, and what they need. We never send marketing or promotional text messages. Frequency depends entirely on how many calls your business receives; you can limit alerts to urgent leads only, or switch them off, at any time in your settings.
Reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
