Branch Live is a service operated by Shane Kilmore, a sole proprietorship based in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “Branch Live” refer to Shane Kilmore trading as Branch Live.
By creating an account or using Branch Live services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
The Branch Live + Emma plan costs $99 per month and includes 200 answering minutes per billing period. Your subscription starts when you pay at checkout and renews automatically every month on the same date, charged to the card on file, until you cancel. Unused minutes do not carry over.
New accounts may include a free trial with a limited number of answering minutes. No card is charged during the trial. Starting a paid plan ends the trial.
When your included minutes are used, Emma pauses and callers hear that the business is unavailable. Extra usage is currently unavailable.
Extra minutes are currently unavailable and cannot be enabled for the base-plan launch. The terms below apply only if this feature becomes available and you separately enable it in Settings → Billing by accepting these terms and choosing a spending limit. The default limit is $0, and the most you can choose is $100 per billing period.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription, or by emailing support@branchlive.com. Turning off call forwarding does not cancel your subscription. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.
Subscription payments are non-refundable, except where required by law or where we billed you in error. Extra minutes you used before canceling are still billed. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us within 30 days and we will review it.
Emma answers calls on your behalf and records and transcribes them to create your lead notes. Some states, including Pennsylvania, require every party on a call to consent to recording. You are responsible for making sure your use of Branch Live complies with the recording, consent and telemarketing laws that apply to your business and your callers.
Emma is an automated assistant and can make mistakes. Review lead details before relying on them. Branch Live is not an emergency service.
We may update these terms. If a change affects price or billing, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Branch Live after a change takes effect means you accept it.
Branch Live texts its own subscribers only — the business owner who holds the account. We do not text your customers, and we do not send messages on any other business's behalf. If you are a customer of a business that uses Branch Live, you will not receive text messages from us.
If you are a Branch Live account holder, we may text you when our AI receptionist takes a call for your business, telling you the caller's name, their number, and what they need. These are operational notifications about your own account. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
You consent by entering your mobile number in your account settings and ticking “Text me about new leads”. That box is not pre-checked and consent is never a condition of subscribing. You acknowledge that message frequency depends on your own call volume, and that message and data rates may apply. You can restrict alerts to urgent leads only, or turn them off entirely, in your settings at any time.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or STOPALL. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages.
Reply HELP or INFO to any message for assistance.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Check your carrier plan for details.
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share mobile information with third parties for marketing purposes.
